Reservations, Vehicles, & Common Service Questions

We suggest that you reserve at least 24 hours in advance to ensure a vehicle will be available. Last minute request are also welcomed however this may limit our availability to meet your needs.

We understand travel plans may change, so we offer a simple cancellation policy. Cancellations received up to 4 hours before your scheduled pick-up time are fully refundable. MySedan is unable to refund payment if your ride is cancelled with less than 4 hours notice prior to pickup time or in the event of a no-show.

We understand that travel plans may change, so to the best of our ability, we will try to accommodate last minute changes. For all last minute change, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup time. Please contact us directly by calling (212) 434-0400. Our customer service department is available 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week.

We will actually reach out to you prior to your pick up time. A member of our dispatch team will call you at least 30 minutes before your scheduled pick up time to confirm and provide you with your car details.

MySedan drivers will meet you at your building entrance, however the drivers are unable to leave their vehicles unattended. Our drivers will be more than happy to assist with your luggage from the entrance of the building to the vehicle.

Our logistic system is designed to track your flight, so we will be aware of when your flight lands. Once you are off the plane and if you have our Meet and Greet feature, our greeter/driver will be waiting for you in the baggage claim area. If you have a curbside service, you will get a call connecting you with your driver. If you do not receive one by the time you get your luggage, please call us directly on 212-434-0400 and one of our customer service representatives will assist you in connecting to your driver.

We highly recommend reserving your exclusive service in advance. You can reserve up to 1 year in advance of your travel date. Last minute requests are also welcomed however this may limit our availability to meet your needs.

It takes approximately 5-10 minutes for the driver to pick you up from the terminal.

If your flight has changed or been cancelled, please call our team as soon as possible to notify our customer service representatives who can then note the change in your reservation and alert our logistic team. Customer service representatives are available 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week. For small flight delays, our logistic system was developed to track your flight so we will know about any delays.

Meet and Greet is a feature of our private ride service. When your plane lands, our Greeter/Driver will be waiting in the baggage claim holding a sign with your name. Once you make contact with our Greeter/Driver, he or she will assist you with collecting any luggage items and will lead you to the vehicle. Please call a customer service representative at 212-434-0400 to add the meet and greet feature to your existing reservation. Reservation agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

MySedan vehicle capacities vary. Private sedan service includes scheduled pickup for up to 3 passengers, while SUV options are available for up to 5 passengers. Our luggage policy reflects that of the airlines. For each passenger, one checked bag and one carry-on item is accommodated.

Our policy regarding the accommodation of animals on our vehicles is designed to ensure adequate space for the kennel, your luggage, and baggage of other passengers in our vehicles. All animals – excluding service animals- must be kenneled (or in a lap carrier) to board the vehicle. The restrictions do not affect service animals.

With our private sedan and SUV service we can provide car seats for an additional service fee. Please call our customer service department on 212-434-0400 to inquiry about adding the car seat service to your reservation.

For internet bookings on our website, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.

With our private car service, your reservation must be reserved in advance with a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.

Our private service offers exclusive, private transportation with direct routes to or from the airport. We offer the comfort of a personal car with the convenience of our flight tracking system to ensure we get you where you need to go with ease and satisfaction. Our private ride service offers non-airport options as well, including point-to-point and hourly services.

MySedan gives you the peace of mind knowing that once you reserve online you do not have to worry about paying anything else to our driver. Your fare is all inclusive of taxes, tolls (when applicable) and the driver’s gratuity.

Travel time may vary based on the time of day, weather conditions, and traffic patterns. Our professional chauffeurs are very experienced with New York City traffic conditions so you can be sure you will get to your destination safe and on-time. Estimated travel times to or from the airports are as follows: JFK – 50 to 60 mins, LGA – 30 to 45 mins, EWR – 45 to 50 mins.
