Terms and Conditions

My Sedan, our luxury sedan division, provides all private sedan, SUV and limousine services.

Cancellation and No Show Policy - Cancellations for rides in the NY Metropolitan Area, must be made 3 hours prior to the pickup time and can be made through our online system. If your reservation is outside the NY Metropolitan Area, through our National Network or International Network, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Late cancellation fees and/or fare charges, may apply, if reservations have not been cancelled within these time frames.

The above cancellation terms represent standard policy at MySedan and may be modified from time to time based on market, desired reservation dates and vehicle availability. All modifications that are mutually agreed upon in writing or communicated and confirmed at the time of reservation will supersede the above.

No Show charges will apply if the passenger fails to cancel a reservation within the appropriate time frame or fails to show up at the designated pickup time or takes an alternate form of transportation without notifying MySedan. No Show charges will be the full fare of the ride plus any waiting time, tolls and parking incurred by the owner/operator.

Wait Time - In the New York Metropolitan Area, MySedan provides thirty (30) minutes of free wait time on domestic arrivals and forty-five (45) minutes of free wait time on international arrivals. All flights are monitored through our dispatch system and waiting time begins wheels down. Wait time and grace periods may vary in other states, cities and countries. Please call MySedan to get the wait time rate and policy for your city.

Service Disruptions - MySedan LLC, shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control or its inability to provide service in a timely manner, including but not limited to, travel costs, loss of business, weather, road conditions and breakdowns, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, act of god/act of nature, communication line failure, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of the website, whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action. Our maximum liability (if any) shall not exceed the flat rate cost of the ride.

Lost and Found - MySedan LLC assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, lost or damaged personal belongings or any items left in the vehicle. If an item is reported missing and MySedan is made aware the item may have been left in an affiliated vehicle, we will make every effort possible to find and return the missing property, but in no way accepts liability for the condition of the missing item or the cost of its return.

Additional Conditions:
            * The following items are prohibited from being brought into affiliated My Sedan vehicles: alcoholic beverages, glass containers, smoking, firearms, explosives and fireworks.
